During this time, immerse yourself in the day’s theme through gentle sound frequencies, intentional movement, or mindful listening. After 15 minutes, remove the mask and softly massage any remaining serum into your skin. Finish by applying moisturiser and take a moment to thank yourself for showing up with care.
