Begin with Stillness: A Moment to Land
Suggested Practices: Meditation & Breathwork

Before your skincare ritual, take a moment to ground.
Find a quiet place. Sit or lie down comfortably.
Dim the lights, light a candle, or apply a grounding scent.
Close your eyes. Begin to settle into yourself.

Breathing Ritual: The Listening Breath (4-7-8 Technique)
A practice to calm the nervous system and return to the present moment.

  1. Inhale through your nose for 4 counts

  2. Hold the breath for 7 counts

  3. Exhale softly through your mouth for 8 counts

  4. Repeat for 4 rounds

If thoughts arise, greet them gently. Then return to your breath.
Let the breath carry you. Let it hold you.
